This is our 2010-2011 Parent Handbook (pdf format) which is loaded with information for parents.

Here are some forms for your use.

Critical 2010/2011 Forms needed to row:
1. Athletic Consent Form
2. Physical Form
3. TRRA Consent Form
4. USC Crew Team - Medical Information & Permission Form
5. USC Crew Team - Code of Conduct updated for 2010.
6. USC Crew Team - Uniform Order Form
  Novice (or new) unisuit and warmup shirt orders must be received no later than August 28th.

Crew Pies
Crew Pie Order Form [pdf] [MS Excel] - Print these out to use to collect your orders...
don't turn these in, you'll need them to deliver your pies.
Master Order Sheet [pdf] [MS Word] - Tally your total orders onto this sheet and turn it in.
with ONE SINGLE CHECK made out to USC Crew Team.
Pie Sale Notice [MS Word] [pdf] - Leave this at the houses where no one is home or if they say
they "don't have time to order right now."
Pie Sale Receipt [MS Word] [pdf] - Give one of these to anyone that orders a pie (write what they ordered on the back).
It will serve as:
a reminder of when pies will be delivered;
a way to contact you if they want more pies;
an advertisement for the team;
and a reminder of what they ordered.
